HOW TO ENTER THE PARKING RAMP

We are a lively place to live, work, stay and play.  Standing together are our three buildings, The District Tower, The District Lofts and The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown.

Located at 505 N Metli Place, please enter the parking ramp using the west side entrance off of Metli Place.

To Enter the Ramp, pull a ticket or enter your phone number. Both options will require payment upon exit. Parking is free for stays 15 minutes or less.

Upon Entry, you will be located on the Ground Floor and can follow the parking signage for your designated floor. 

The District Tower Skywalk is located on the second level of the parking ramp.

Payment Information, for a seamless experience, simply use the payment kiosk located in the Skywalk vestibule. Your card will be charged automatically as you exit the ramp. If you prefer, you can also pay manually upon exiting the ramp. A payment prompt will appear to guide you through the process.

WEEKEND & AFTER HOUR PARKING

Enjoy free parking during after-hours and weekends. While you'll still need to obtain a parking ticket, your exit will not be charged.
