From an exceptional Thanksgiving dinner to fantastic offers and special events at local retailers, Thanksgiving weekend is the perfect time to stop by The Steel District.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:
Holiday buffet
Cascata Italian Cuisine inside the Canopy by Hilton hotel has put together an outstanding buffet-style menu for Thanksgiving Day. You’ll find turkey with cranberry relish and peach-glazed ham with grain mustard on the carving station, plus short ribs, salmon, an array of traditional sides plus some unique additions, two kinds of pie, pumpkin cheesecake and mini desserts.
“Our menu for Thanksgiving incorporates some of the classics with some new twists on those family traditional recipes,” executive chef Chris Hodapp said.
“We’re keeping things fresh and keeping dietary needs in mind as well, with a blend of traditional dishes and some options for those wishing to try something different.”
The buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Reservations are strongly suggested by either booking over OpenTable or by calling in to Cascata at 605-740-9800; walk ins will be accepted based on availability.
Bonus: Parking is free in The Steel District’s ramp on Thanksgiving. All other restaurants will be closed.
